For seven years, The Blind Pig Supper Club has produced specialized and exclusive events and delicious and memorable menus in and around the Asheville area. Now, we offer our full services to you privately! BPSC Breakfast Platters
All eggs are cage free and local. All produce is local when seasonally available. $12 per head. 10 person minimum platters. Delivery fees are waived to local Asheville charitable organizations.

Yogurt & Fresh Baked Fruit Muffins: Fresh Yogurt with Granola and Berry Toppings and an assortment of Fruit Filled Breakfast Muffins.
French Toast Casserole: Cinnamon, Vanilla, Maple Syrup & Pralines.
Southern Breakfast Platter: Bacon, Scrambled Farm Eggs, Fried Country Ham, Fresh Baked Biscuits, Grits, Country Sausage Gravy, Breakfast Tempeh, and Fresh Fruit.
BPSC Soup & Sandwich Platter
$14 per head. All soups and sandwiches are hand made with fresh, seasonal and local ingredients when available. 10 person minimal platters. Delivery fees are waived to local Asheville charitable organizations. Pick one soup and up to two sandwiches to create your custom platters.
Soups: Tomato-Basil Bisque, Farro Grain & Vegetable, Smoked Chicken Gumbo, HNG Pork Menudo.
Sandwiches: Grilled Cheese on Buttered White or Whole Grain Wheat, Muffuleta on Sicilian Sesame Bread, BLT on White or Whole Grain Wheat, Vegan Grilled Mushroom Po-Boy on French, Club on White or Whole Grain Wheat, Grilled Tempeh Panini, Smoked Chicken Salad on White or Whole Grain Wheat, County Ham & Cheese with Fresh Arugula & Apple on White or Whole Grain Wheat.

BPSC Crudite, Antipasto and Cheese Platters
All ingredients are hand made, local and seasonal when available. Platters are made for 15 people.
Seasonal Crudite Platters: $25 per head. Smoked Baba Ganoush and Heirloom Field Pea Hummus with Fresh Carrot, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Celery, Apple and Naan Bread.
Local Cheese Board: $38 per head. Handmade Whipped Pimento Cheese, Sequatchie Cove NickaJack & Cumberland Raw Milks Cheese, Looking Glass Creamery Drover's Road and Green River Blue, Handmade Jams, Fresh Apples, Melon, Grapes, and Naan Crackers.
Local Antipasto Platters: $50 per head. Assorted Local Cured Meats from American Pig, Intentional Swine, HNG and San Giuseppe, Naan Crackers, Olives, Pickles, Lusty Monk Spicy Mustard, Handmade Traditional Aioli, Handmade Sweet Sorghum Mustard.

$20 per head. All ingredients are hand made. Platters are made for 24 people. Choose one each from the below selections to create your custom appetizer platters.
Crispy Croquettes: Dirty Rice, Pimento Cheese, Shepherd's Pie, Mac & Cheese.
Toasted Crostini: Smoked Trout Mousse, Whipped Pimento Cheese, Blistered Tomato Jam, and Heirloom Field Pea Hummus.
Raw Vegetable Crudite: Whipped Chevre, Heirloom White Bean Hummus, Smoked Baba Ganoush,

BPSC Custom Hot Dog & Sausage Party
$16 per head. Create your own Hot Dog or Sausage Party. All ingredients are hand made and local when seasonally available. Platters are made for 15 people minimal. Choose your meat and styles from the selections below to create your own custom Sausage or Hot Dog party!
Meats: Boudin, Italian, Brat, or Hot Dog.
Styles: San Francisco Danger Dog: Crispy Garlic Fries, Fresh Cilantro, Garlic Aioli, and Bread & Butter Pickle Relish.
Jalapeno-Kraut Dog: A Stinky and Spicy Combo of Kraut, Hot Lusty Monk Mustard, and Pickled Jalapeno.
Onion & Blue Cheese Dog: Caramelized Onions, Blue Cheese and Topped with a Crispy Onion Ring.

$85 per head. 30 person minimum. Do you enjoy the awesome flavors of fresh grilled vegetables, handmade and grilled breads and local skewers and meats- all from the crackle and smoke of a gleaming wood fire outdoors? We do too! Actually, it's our favorite kitchen to cook in. BPSC now offers this very special and highly customized catering service involving global street food cooked on our array of custom grills and smokers made by local Iron Maiden Studios in Asheville.
This catering service requires exclusive set up and delivery of wood fired grills such as chapas, parrilla's, custom smokers and local hardwood to your site.
