The Blind Pig Supper Club began in Asheville in 2011, setting the standard for the areas first united group of chefs creating unique collaborations for community outreach. The Blind Pig started with its very first production on a hidden farm in Swannanoa. 'Carnivore Dinner' which featured Chef Elliott Moss, Drew Maykuth, Drew Wallace and Jeremy Hardcastle of The Admiral paved the way as a unique and creative focus on cuisine created from hunted invasive species in North Carolina. Since it's inception, The Blind Pig has been a model for many other supper clubs alike and has received many accolades for its creative business model and effective community outreach.
